ORGO entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to the reasons like not satisfied with the condition or freshness of the product. We ORGO will take back the returned with us and issue a credit note for the same value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the website. This can be used to pay your succeeding shopping bills.
ORGO permits their customers to cancel their orders through online from the website within 24 Hours of the order placement unless the order has been processed and shipped. In such cancellation we will refund the payments within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of your order.
However, if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms of use of utilizing the website, we at our lone discretion could cancel such orders.
